The nest of baby raccoons must be removed, and the mother trapped. This requires multiple service visits. The entry holes must be found and repairs are often extensive. The attic might need cleaning, and damage to ducts, insulation, etc. might be necessary. The total job might range from $300 on up for a complete solution. Rodents in a Building: The problem will never be permanently solved until all possible entry points into a building are sealed shut with steel. Rats and mice can enter through very small holes, including plumbing lines, roof pipes, and any area they can chew into.
